TownePlace Suites by Marriott Minooka

I was here for a few days for my company, and the staff was so accommodating and welcoming the whole stay! The rooms are one of the nicest I’ve stayed at, they are clean and have a kitchenette with everything for you to cook if you choose to do so! I would def recommend this place. Not only was the stay amazing there are restaurants that are in walking distance as well as a dollar general across the street for all your needs.

Clean and quiet. Room was a little smaller than what I am used to. Indoor pool is very nice and very warm! Felt like a sauna in there which was great on a cold & windy night. Jan at the front desk is very sweet and I spoke to Carrie a few times on the phone and she is very accommodating. We will be staying there regularly in the short future for some therapy sessions for my daughter.

I cannot say enough how wonderful the people are who work at this particular TownePlace Suites by Marriott Minooka. I was only at the hotel one night. I left a very expensive brick charger behind. It wasn't until two days later when I was home in PA that I noticed it was missing and realized I left it in the room in the hotel. I called the hotel, thinking there was no way they would still have it. I figured someone would just take it for themselves. Not only did someone by the name of Sam find it, but they gave it to the lost and found with the room number of where they found it. Then, the person I was talking with on the phone, Carrie, said all I had to do was fill out an online USPS pre-paid shipping label, and they would mail it back to me the next day! I am so grateful to them. They are the best!!!

Carrie at the front desk is an asset to this hotel. She has a welcoming smile. She’s very friendly and after a long drive, she made us feel very welcome. Lots of things to eat nearby, Starbucks, literally Right next-door. We liked the layout of the room. Very quiet. Close to the highways. Did not try the breakfast, but we will stay here again.

We recently stayed at this hotel during the Halloween season and were genuinely impressed by the attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere. The Halloween decorations were tastefully done—playful without being over-the-top, and they added a delightful seasonal charm to the entire property. A special shoutout to the team managing the breakfast area. Even as the morning hours wound down, the space remained spotless and well-stocked. It’s clear that the staff takes great pride in their work, ensuring every guest—early riser or not—has a pleasant and clean dining experience. Overall, the hotel struck a perfect balance between festive fun and professional hospitality. Kudos to the entire team for going the extra mile to make guests feel a part of the celebration.

This was hands down the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Very military friendly and amazing service. Good for people with pets and awesome breakfasts. My sincere thank you to the staff who made the experience wonderful!

Hotel looked new or renovated recently. Room large and kitchen area and pull out bed were nice and clean for the most part. We had 2 dogs with us. The rate was $173 with a $50 non refundable dog deposit. Rate way too high for the area. Our dogs were perfect staying ion the room for a few hours alone. There was no damage and no accidents. Deposit should be refundable. I hate paying for others untrained dogs! The stay ended up being more expensive than boarding them

So far everything is good ! Rooms are spacious and clean ! Housekeeping is on top of everything ! Breakfast is awesome
